On 22 September 2020, the “Digitalization and 3D printing in Czech companies” conference took place at ELI Beamlines in Dolní Břežany. It was aimed to give the representatives of industry and research institutes concrete examples to illustrate the advantages of modern technologies such as 3D printing, lasers, or IT systems for high-volume data collection and analysis.
The event was organized by the Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, which is also the main coordinator of the Brain4Industry (DIH B4I) innovation centre and Digital Innovation Hub.
The conference included the presentation of the representatives of the Institute of Physics; in his presentation Tomáš Jetmar introduced the activities of the NCC for MATCA.
