General Meeting’s role

The General Meeting (GM) is the main supervisory body of the NCC for MATCA. Each member of the NCC for MATCA consortium has one representative entitled to attend the General Meeting. The members of the General Meeting are updated on the latest events at NCC for MATCA during regular meetings at least twice a year.

Recent meetings

• General Meeting in June22. 6. 2021
  The General Manager gave the members of the General Meeting (GM) a brief report on the activities of the Centre for last year, and introduced an extended vision of the its activities and public relations in the foreseeable future.
• General Meeting29. 6. 2020
  The first General Meeting was held on 29 June 2020. The meeting was devoted to a summary of the Centre’s operation to date, and, primarily, of its future plans. The GM members were introduced to the annual activity report and financial statements.
• General Meeting6. 12. 2019
  The second General Meeting this year took place on 6 December 2019. In addition to the Centre’s latest events and plans for next year, a presentation was heard from Beneš a Lát and CARDAM.
• General Meeting5. 6. 2019
  The General Meeting held on 5 June 2019 was commenced by summarizing the NCC for MATCA operation to date and by admitting two new members into the consortium.
• General Meeting16. 11. 2018
  The very first General Meeting of the NCC for MATCA took place on 16 November 2018. The members of the consortium introduced to each other and made themselves familiar with the Centre’s functioning and future plans.
